What is it?
This training plans are not fully customised to each individual specifically, is more as a training plan that anyone can try it out and see progress as I will personally adjust the plans every month to make sure you have progression and you improve from a training plan to another in such as adjusting the Sets, Reps, Training Methods, Recovery ,Rest Periods and Training Splits.
I created this training plans with the goal of helping each and one of you of having a monthly progression plan, where you can choose for the plan you would like to follow and the one is suitable for your goals.
